" In 1975, I began my real estate career under the auspices of Ralph Heller, a brilliant local real estate developer who helped transform the face of Center City Philadelphia. Ralph, together with his remarkable team, worked with the Redevelopment Authority to carve out new neighborhoods in Queen Village, Society Hill, Delaware Avenue, Old City, Penn’s Landing, Washington Square West, Graduate Hospital & many other areas of the city. Ralph, and his associate broker Annette Sharkey, were incredible mentors and their genius inspired my lifelong passion for real estate.
